WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our workshops are designed to help improve your trail technique and knowledge to become a better trail runner.
Numbers will limited to allow quality time with a small group, ensuring that your coach will have lots of time to be answer your questions and provide advice throughout the day.
This session is suitable for those that can confidently run in the region of 4-5km already, and we advise you to wear trail-specific running shoes.
