The Couch to 5K (C25K) running plan aims to get people working out for 20 to 30 minutes, three days a week, so what better way to do that than with friends who share a similar goal?
These workouts start with a five-minute warm-up walk and works up to running three miles (5km) without a walking break within nine weeks.
At Remarkable Running we bring together a group of runners to do this together as a group, to all come with the same aim, to build a community and offer lots of support throughout the journey of becoming a runner.
The health benefits of regular exercise are abundant, not just in the physical sense, but mentally too as running offers the chance for some great headspace and escape from routine.
Per person price is based on the maximum group size of five.
Access includes 30 min Tabata for Runners class (held via Zoom).
