I've taken a bit of a different path than most into fitness, with my varied career having taken me through roles as a company sales director, event manager, barman and even a gold trader!


I am, however, excited to be part of a growing industry and having the opportunity to merge together three passions in my life; sharing the benefits of fitness and physical activity, developing people and promoting positive mental health.


Like many others, I'd flitted in and out of a fitness routine for years. It finally stuck when I found consistency with my nutritional intake, planned exercise in advance and ensured a good variation in what I participated in - a mix of running, strength work and mindful practice.


Now I'm applying those principles to helping other people on their fitness journey, helping them to develop a healthier lifestyle along with a well-balanced routine that looks after their personal wellbeing, too.


I have sought multiple qualifications to back up my knowledge, and I currently hold the following:
